Mountain Stage NewSong Contest I
was named one of 10 Northeast Regional Finalists in the 2009
Mountain Stage NewSong Contest. Now in its 8th year, the
NewSong Contest is one of North America’s premier showcases
of performing songwriters across all genres of music. Stay
tuned for details on how to vote in the online "People's
Choice" part of the competition!
8-10-09 BACHA Showcase I
was one of 4 artists invited to showcase at the Boston Area
Coffeehouse Association (BACHA) annual meeting.
8-4-09 Ourstage.com Winner! I
won the Folk Channel competition at Ourstage.com
for the month of July and
went on to compete against finalists from 32 other genres
and took 3rd place overall. Thanks
to all of you that voted!
6-6-09 Falcon Ridge Emerging Artist Showcase I
was selected to perform in the Falcon Ridge/Grassy Hill
Emerging Artist Showcase at the Falcon

5-29-09 American Songwriter Lyrics Contest My
unrecorded song "Lookout Ledge" received an Honorable
Mention in the American
Songwriter Lyrics Contest.
4-1-09 Ourstage.com Winner! I
won the Americana/Alt-Country competition at Ourstage.com
for the month of March out of over 400 entries and went
on to compete against finalists from 40 other genres and
took 3rd place overall!
2-13-09 Two Shows Just Added for March Catch me as the opening act for
the phenomenal string band Northern
Lights at the St.
James Coffeehouse on March 14 and again on March 21 as
part of Coop Concerts
